(pr(a Z .-� �1 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $220,000.00 FROM THE LOCAL <br />ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R &S 7906, MIAMI <br />STREET VIADUCT LOWERING WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND <br />STREET FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to bring Miami Street up to the standards necessary to meet <br />existing traffic needs, certain improvements have been proposed. <br />Funds are now needed to pay the cost of engineering and construction <br />of these improvements. These funds are available from the Local Road and <br />Street Fund for these purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby appropriated and <br />ordered to be set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the <br />project in the amounts set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
