ORDINANCE NO. �osw- -> } <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 110,000.00 FROM THE <br />LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R &S 7905, <br />LINCOLNWAY EAST AND TWYCKENHAM DR. INTERSECTION <br />IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET <br />FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to bring Lincolnway East and Twyckenham Dr, up to standards <br />necessary to meet existing traffic needs, certain improvements have been <br />proposed. <br />Funds are now needed to pay the cost of Engineering and construction <br />of these improvements. These funds are available from the Local Road <br />and Street Fund for these purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby appropriated and <br />ordered to be set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the projects in <br />the amounts set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
