ORDINANCE (*, ^4,0 - "?I <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $106,600.00 FROM THE LOCAL <br />ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R & S 7904, IRONWOOD <br />AND PLEASANT INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS, WITHIN THE <br />LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to bring the intersection of Ironwood and Pleasant up to <br />the standards necessary to meet existing traffic needs, certain improve- <br />ments have been proposed. <br />Funds are now needed to pay the cost of engineering and construction <br />of these improvements. These funds are available from the Local Road and <br />Street Fund for these purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby appropriated <br />and ordered to be set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for <br />the project in the amounts set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
