ORDINANCE NO. L54-9- <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $83,500.00 FROM THE <br />LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R & S <br />7903, IRELAND ROAD, FELLOWS TO U. S. 31 WITHIN <br />THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to bring Ireland Road from Fellows to U. S. 31 up to the <br />standards necessary to meet existing traffic needs, certain improvements <br />have been proposed. <br />Funds are now needed to pay the cost of engineering and construction <br />of these improvements . These funds are available from the Local Road and <br />Street Fund for these purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND,�INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby appropriated <br />and ordered to be set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the <br />project in the amounts set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
