ORDINANCE NO. ( SS' 7.7 9 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $305,000.00 FROM THE <br />CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO <br />PROJECT R &S 60, ORANGE ST - COLFAX ST CONNECTOR, <br />WITHIN THE LOCAL ROADS AND STREETS FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to meet existing and proposed traffic demands, to provide the <br />safe and efficient movement of vehicles, and to provide positive control of <br />Storm Drainage, certain improvements have been proposed for the Orange St. <br />Colfax St. Connector. <br />Additional funds are�now needed to pay the cost of land acquisition, <br />engineering, and the cost of the construction of:these improvements. These <br />funds are available from The Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby appropriated and <br />ordered set apart out of Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund, for <br />the project in the amounts set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
