(, -• i F <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $200,000.00 FROM THE <br />LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R & S 53 <br />(REVISED) SAMPLE STREET, OLIVE TO CHAPIN, WITHIN <br />THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to bring Sample Street, from Olive to Chapin up to the <br />standards necessary to meet existing traffic needs, certain improvements <br />have been proposed. <br />Additional funds are now needed to pay the cost of Right -Of -Way <br />and construction of these improvements. These funds are available from <br />the Local Road and Street Fund for these purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby appropriated <br />and ordered to be set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the <br />project in the amounts set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
