Thence East along the north line of said land an approximate distance of 400 feet to the <br /> northwesterly right of way line of Jefferson Blvd; <br /> 3. Thence Southwest along said northwesterly right of way line an approximate distance of 605 <br /> feet to the said east right of way line of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd; <br /> 4.
