Monday, July 2nd will be <br />reserved as a rain date. It is anticipated that the festi- <br />val will be located on Jefferson Blvd. between Main Street <br />and Service Court #5, as a result of the Mall building <br />demolition. <br />The 1979 budget reflects increases due to the proposed <br />change in location.
