Davis + Authorizes the Building Commissioner to impose conditions on any permit <br /> Sixth District where proposed construction is to take place on sites near where there are <br /> Derek D. Dieter significant water withdrawals <br /> At Large <br /> a Require an applicant to review the St. Joseph County Soils Map, maps <br /> Gavin Ferlic depicting wetlands,maps depicting floodplains and maps depicting drainage <br /> At Large basins/watersheds <br /> Karen L. White ® Set forth new regulations for new wells <br /> At Large <br /> e Set forth new regulations when a water well is decommissioned <br /> So that there can be outreach and educational efforts by the Building Department and the <br /> Department of Public Works,the effective date of the ordinance is proposed to be July 15th. <br />
