ORDINANCE NO. 'S'1- 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $12,000.00 <br />OF YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU MONIES FROM THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND CRIME CONTROL FUND <br />FOR VARIOUS YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU ACT- <br />IVITIES DURING THE PERIOD JANUARY 1, <br />1979 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1979. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In that additional funding is needed for the Youth <br />Service Bureau to provide a full program, and in view that funds have <br />been obtained by the Bureau to support these expenditures. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $12,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />from the Crime Control Fund.
