ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $5,500.00 FROM THE DISCOVERY HALL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA, FOR RENTAL OF STORAGE SPACE FOR THE STUDEBAKER COLLECTION TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Funds are needed to provide storage area for that portion of the Studebaker Collection which is not on display. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The sum of $5,500.00 is hereby appropriated for the year 1979, from the Discovery Hall Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Administration and Finance and will be distributed as set forth below: ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION 520.0 Rents AMOUNT $5,500.00 TOTAL $5,500.00 SECTION II.
