G S 3S-- 7 9 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $60,000.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY KNOWN <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR THE OPER- <br />ATION OF THE YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU, TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Additional funds are needed by the Department of Administration <br />and Finance to ensure that the Youth Services Bureau can properly perform its <br />functions during the year 1979. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $60,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year of 1979 from the Federal Assistance Grant Fund commonly known <br />as the General Revenue Sharing Fund.
