BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO.(,5334 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $200,000.00 <br />FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND, <br />COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS THE GENERAL RE- <br />VENUE SHARING GRANT FOR VARIOUS PROGRAMS <br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION <br />AND FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Additional funds are needed to administer certain programs <br />and to insure the City's ability to properly perform its functions during <br />the year 1979. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $200,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1979 from the General Revenue Sharing Fund.
