4.The staff of the Department of Community Investment is hereby authorized and <br />directed to take all other actions required by Section 22 of the Act on behalf of <br />the Commission in order to effectuate the disposal of the Property. <br />5.This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Commission. <br />ADOPTED and APPROVED at a meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission held on January 22, 2026, at 215 S.
