The Redevelopment Authority <br />May 1, 2013 Meeting Minutes <br />Department of Community Investment to approve and execute plats and conduct <br />other administrative acts on behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and <br />department of Redevelopment. <br />4. OTHER BUSINESS <br />Mr. Meteiver said since the Redevelopment Authority owns the Football Hall of Fame <br />building, he wanted to let the members know that property was left behind in the <br />building. Some have expressed interest in some of the property. The Authority has the <br />power to donate or sell that abandoned property. <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer asked how long they have been gone. Mr. Relos said they left the end of <br />2012. Mr. Alvarez asked if there is any chance that, in the future, they would later <br />complain about not being able to get what was left. Ms. Pfotenhauer recommended <br />sending them a letter letting them know if they didn't pick it up in ten days it will be <br />disposed of <br />5. NEXT MEETING DATE: May 15, 2013 <br />6.
