<br /> <br /> <br />Page | 2 <br />The public was represented by: <br />There was no one from the public to speak in regards to this application. <br />After due consideration the following action was taken: <br />Upon a motion by Michael Skaggs, seconded by Kathryn Hough, and carried by vote, the <br />Historic Preservation Commission UNANIMOUSLY DENIES Certificate of Appropriateness <br />Application #2026-0106. <br />Commissioners are required to state their reasons for denial. Roll was called. <br />Commissioner Skaggs (AYE): Because it is against Standards and Guidelines, especially <br />those on page 29. <br />Commissioner Hough (AYE): I deny based on the Standards and Guidelines. For Chapin <br />Park district, this is a notable property. And I believe that based on their staff review and the <br />review of William Wallance that these are maintainable and should be preserved. <br />Commissioner Fowler (AYE): I denied based on the Standards and Guidelines on page 29 <br />and the fact that the review of Mr. Wallace said that they could be repaired. <br />Commissioner Andrews (AYE): I am against this petition because it is outside the <br />Standards and Guidelines. <br />Vote: 4-0.
