SECTION XXIV. Chapter 21, Zoning, of the South Bend Municipal Code, Article 6 Uses, Section 21-06.02 Accessory Uses and Structures, subsection(b) Applicability is hereby amended as follows: Any structure that is less than 4 square feet in area and 9 feet in height, including, but not limited to, little free libraries and electric vehicle charging stations, shall not be considered an accessory structure.
