SECTION LIII. Chapter 21, Zoning, of the South Bend Municipal Code, Article 10 Signs, <br /> Section 21-10.04 Sign Measurement, subsection(b) Sign Height is hereby amended as <br /> follows: <br /> Sign height is measured as the vertical distance from the street gt le-at average <br /> natural ground level within 2 feet of the base of the sign or sign structure, to the <br /> highest point of the sign or sign structure. <br /> SECTION LIV.
