SECTION XLIV. Chapter 21, Zoning, of the South Bend Municipal Code, Article 9 Site <br /> Development, Section 21-09.01 Landscape, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> 11 Ground Cover <br /> In a front yard, corner yard, or tree lawn, ground cover shall include, but is not <br /> limited to, grasses; natural vegetated ground covers; preserved existing natural <br /> vegetation(e.g., thickets); or mulch.
