<br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING MAXIMUM SALARIES AND WAGES
<br />OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
<br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, WITHIN THE DIVISION OF
<br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE YEAR FROM JULY 1,
<br />1979 to JUNE 30, 1980.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
<br />INDIANA:
<br />SECTION I. That effective July 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980,
<br />the maximum salaries and wages for the following officers of South
<br />Bend, Indiana, shall be:
