REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 16, 2025 250 <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS – DEMOLITION <br />OF 747-749 HARRISON AVENUE – PROJECT NO. 124-062 (River West DA TIF) <br />In a memorandum to the Board, Zach Hurst, Engineering, requested permission to <br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced project. Therefore, upon a motion <br />made by VP Molnar, seconded by Mr. Miller and carried by roll call, the above request was <br />approved. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS AND TITLE SHEET <br />– PORTAGE AND ELWOOD DEMOLITION – PROJECT NO. 124-065B (PR-00044845) <br />In a memorandum to the Board, Gemma Staton, Engineering, requested permission to <br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced project. Also presented at this <br />time for approval and execution was the title sheet.
