(22 squares) of roofing. All work follows <br />manufacturer specifications and industry standards. <br />Scope of Work <br />Remove the complete existing EPDM roofing system, including membrane, flashings, and all deteriorated <br />components <br />Install new 1" ISO board, mechanically fastened using 3-1/4" fasteners <br />Install new fully adhered TPO membrane (labor + materials) <br />Replace all perimeter metal drip edge <br />Install 2 new pipe boot flashings <br />Flash and counter-flash 3 chimneys <br />East chimney brick repair included (missing/damaged bricks will be replaced) <br />Replace up to 10 sheets of OSB at no additional labor cost <br />Material cost only: $70 per sheet (included below) <br />Any OSB beyond 10 sheets will be billed as needed <br />Special Pricing <br />Chimney counter-flashing at half price <br />Labor for chimney counter flashing: $250 per chimney <br />OSB replacement labor is free (up to 10 sheets) <br />Pricing Breakdown <br />1.
