Iowa Street, South Bend, IN 46628 / Phone: 574-234-9455 / Fax: 574-234-9425 / www.wolfcommercialroofing.com <br /> Date: 12/2/25 <br />Attention: Erin Michaels <br /> <br />Re: State Theater Sign roof. <br /> <br />We propose to provide labor, material, equipment and supervision to complete the following work: <br /> <br /> Remove all roofing and insulation down to the metal roof deck. <br /> If found, any bad roof deck will be an extra to this contract and owner will be notified of bad deck. <br /> All roof debris will be removed and hauled to a local land fill. <br /> Before wall flashing is installed Wolf Commercial Roofing will need to know if any of the access <br />panels on the back side of the sign need to stay or can be covered up by wall the flashing, <br /> <br /> Install one (1) layer of 2-inch polyisocyanurate roof insulation (R-11.4, 20psi), mechanically fastened to <br />the structurally sloped metal roof deck. <br /> Install 1/2-inch per foot tapered saddles and crickets at roof curbs and at drain line. <br /> Install 60mil Black Epdm single-ply roof membrane, fully adhered system. <br /> Install all flashing details to meet the warranty requirements. <br /> Install pre-finished 24-gauge counterflashing’s. <br /> 20-year manufacturer’s labor and material warranty. <br /> <br /> <br />Base Bid Price: $ 36,380.00 <br />Bid Clarifications: <br /> <br /> Excludes any wood blocking and/or sheathing. <br /> Excludes any roof drain/plumbing or electrical work. <br /> Excludes any bad roof deck. <br /> Excludes any temporary weather protection. <br /> Protection of the roof system from other trades or people working on the roof during construction or <br />after the work is complete is not included in the Base Bid Price. <br /> This competitive Bid Price is based on the roofing work being able to proceed in an efficient manner. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding this bid, please feel free to contact me at 574-234-9455.
