BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: PARCEL I Part of the Southeast Quarter Northeast Quarter of Section 30, p 37 3 East, St. Joseph County, Indiana, described as beginning at a point on the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, 803.98 feet West of the Southeast corner thereof, which point is on the centerline of a highway known as Ireland Road; running thence North 420.42 feet; thence West 207.22 feet, thence South 420.42 feet; thence East 207.22 feet to the place of be- ginning.
