East Res. <br />*Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller, <br />then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect. <br />PURPOSE OF REQUEST: <br />Staff is to provide updates on outstanding items regarding Marshall Park Project <br />SPECIFICS: <br />The SBCSC has preliminarily agreed, pending approval, by the School Board of Trustees, to contribute <br />$125,000 towards the project. This covers the cost of sidewalk and curb adjacent to assumed school <br />property. <br />Regarding property ownership, the city is in the process of properly recording the lots. Within the <br />project, all of Springbrook Dr and approximately 340 ft of Byron Dr. are adjacent to property that has <br />been managed and maintained as a City Park and the city is in the process of correcting this.
