This is in addition to an <br />October 2025 budget request of $1,500,000. The City has a demolition contract with Green <br />Demolition in the amount of $1,348,000. <br /> <br />During the course of building cleanout, holes were opened up in the building’s exterior to <br />facilitate interior debris removal and asbestos abatement.
