South Side Development Area <br />1. Budget Request (Marshall School) <br />Zak Tebell, Project Engineer, presented a budget request for $200,000 <br />to supplement funding for the Marshall Park Tennis and sidewalk <br />replacement project. $315,000 has already been allocated and this is to <br />provide a safe area for the school to pick up and drop off. <br /> <br />Upon a motion by Gillian Shaw to table, seconded by Ophelia Gooden- <br />Rodgers, the motion carried unanimously; the Commission tabled the <br />Budget Request as presented on December 18, 2025. <br /> <br />6.
