Chapter 6, Article 4 of the Municipal Code of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana is amended by adding a new Section 6 -10(b) <br />as follows: <br />(b) Registration of Plumbers and Water Softener Dealers; <br />Penalty. <br />(1) All persons performing plumbing services within the City <br />shall register with the Bureau of Buildings and Permits provided how- <br />ever that re istration shall not be re uired of a erfrming <br />plumbing services in a uilding or premise in whichphe /shepresides. <br />(2) For purposes of this section, "plumbing services" shall <br />mean those services for which a plum in ermit is required as set <br />forth in the Uniform Plumbin Code (1976) Part 1 Section 20.
