• <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING <br />January 3, 2007 <br />1:30 p.m. <br />Presiding: Carolyn Pfotenhauer <br />1308 County-City Building <br />227 West Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />The January 3, 2007 Annual Organizational Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called <br />to order at 1:30 p.m. by Carolyn Pfotenhauer. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President <br />Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />Mr. Raphael Thomas, Member <br />Redevelopment Staff: Ms. Cheryl Greene, Legal Counsel <br />Mrs. Jenny Hollinger, Recording Secretary <br />• <br />2. SWEARING IN OF AUTHORITY MEMBERS <br />Mr. John Voorde, City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the following Authority <br />members: Carolyn Pfotenhauer, Raphael Thomas and Jose Alvarez. <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer nominated Mr. Alvarez for President and Mr. Alvarez declined. Mr. <br />Alvarez nominated Ms. Pfotenhauer as President of the Board, Mr. Thomas seconded the <br />nomination. Mr. Alvarez nominated Mr. Thomas for Vice-President and Ms. Pfotehauer <br />seonded it. Ms. Pfotehauer nominated Mr. Alverez for Secretary, and Mr. Thomas <br />seconded the nomination. The board approved the nominations as presented. <br />4. SET REGULAR MEETING TIMES FOR 2007 <br />The first and third Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m. were set for the regular meeting times. <br />5.
