ORDINANCE NO. (s Sqq- %9 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $33,000.00 TO ACCOUNT 260.0 <br />OTHER CONTRACTUALS WITHIN THE CEMETERY TRUST FUND OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />WHEREAS, budgetary restrictions have for years prevented <br />the City from making needed repairs at the City Cemetery; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City has a sufficient balance in the Cemetery <br />Trust Fund which may be expended for these type improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />1st READING 6 -.el- ,' <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />2nd READING .2 1� <br />NOT APPROVED 6 <br />REFERRED <br />PASSED G•�s"�)9 <br />SECTION I.
