The <br /> ordinance (substitute 2)was heard and given a favorable recommendation at the December 15, <br /> 2025, South Bend Plan Commission meeting. The recommendation of the South Bend Plan <br /> Commission was forwarded to the Office of the City Clerk following the public hearing.
