SECTION LIV. Chapter 21,Zoning, of the South Bend Municipal Code, Article 9 Signs, Section 21-10.05 On-Premise Signs, subsection (d)On-Premise Signs: Building Signs is hereby amended as follows: (5) Roof Signs (A) Roof signs are only permitted in the NC,of DT,or I districts and shall only be installed on a building with a flat roof. Chapter 21,Zoning,of the South Bend Municipal Code,Article 10 Signs, Section 21-10.07 Off-Premise Signs,subsection(d)Advertising Signs is hereby amended as follows: (1) Sign Surface Area for Advertising Signs (A) Limited Access Highways and Arterial Street;,-The maximum sign surface area for advertising signs oriented toward a limited access highway shall be 672 square feet.
