Chapter 21,Zoning, of the South Bend Municipal Code,Article 9 Site Development, Section 21-09.02 Fences& Walls, subsection(c)Height is hereby amended as follows: (4) An-open fence more than 50%open enclosing a game court as defined by Section 21-06.02(0(9)may be erected to a maximum of 12 feet in height, irrespective of the above standards. 0.1 A fence more than 50%open providing safety at School,Pre- K/Primarv/Secondary and Day Care Center uses may be erected to a maximum of 6 feet in height, irrespective of the above standards,to the extent determined by the Zoning Administrator.
