<br />B-1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT <br />• The Colfax Corner project is a catalytic mixed-use development that reimagines the former <br />South Bend Tribune site as a connected pair of buildings: a new five-story structure at Main <br />and Colfax and a restored historic building, joined by a public courtyard. Colfax Corner <br />delivers 202,000 rentable square feet of flexible workspace and ground-floor retail, built to <br />instigate collisions and ignite the region’s potential. The project includes the acquisition, <br />development, construction, equipping, renovation, and/or reconstruction of space in the former <br />South Bend Tribune building, along with new construction of an adjacent building along Main <br />and Colfax.
