ORDINANCE NO. 4 S1a -?5 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $300,000.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR DEVELOPMENT OF <br />PERMANENT, INTERPRETIVE EXHIBITS FOR THE DISCOVERY <br />HALL MUSEUM, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION <br />AND FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />WHEREAS, funds are needed to finish phase I of design, <br />constitution and installation of the permanent interpretive ex- <br />hibits for the Discovery Hall Museum. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of this City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I.
