New porch planned to have 3 footer load points <br />and post/joist system and pressure treated decking. <br />Because the impact happened on NW side of the porch, plan is to replace the corner footer and the support near steps. <br />Structural repairs from stairs to E side of porch are not anticipated and block foundation is not planned to be reworked. <br />Intention is to replace the shell/structure issues, support porch and roof with footers, rather than cinder block walls, and <br />replace decking with pressure treated 5/4 boards. Soffit, and painting are not planned to be reworked. <br />Before the impact, there were rails on low pitched porch roof. After the impact, the rails were knocked loose and were <br />hanging, so homeowner removed them. There are soft spots around the the perimeter of the roof where the rail posts were <br />previously installed. Additional pricing offered to replace the damaged roof decking and then replace the rolled roofing on <br />porch roof. <br />D E S C R I P T I O N T O T A L <br />We appreciate your business! <br />Mr. Handyman works on a project basis, the actual final price could be more or less than the price estimated depending <br />on the unique characteristics of your project(s). Estimates are not a contract or guaranteed price. This estimate is <br />based on the information gathered and is subject to changes. Estimate of work is based on what can be reasonably <br />viewed from consultation. Unforeseen issues may arise during the completion of work. If an issue should arise Mr. <br />Handyman will inform the customer of the issue and possible solutions. Mr. Handyman is not responsible for any <br />underlying structural/ mechanical issues that may be uncovered as we work through the project. Any additional work or <br />change orders will be discussed with the homeowner and reviewed for approval of cost. If Mr. Handyman encounters <br />hazardous materials not identified in this Agreement, or materials that are reasonably believed be too hazardous like <br />lead paint, asbestos or biohazard materials.
