Stancati, Director of Utilities <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance for Purchase of Trucks <br />The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common Council for <br />the purchase of six trucks. <br />Bids were let pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Indiana and <br />were found competitive. The Contracts were awarded to (1) Basney Ford, South Bend, <br />Indiana; (2) Gates Chevrolet, South Bend, Indiana; and (3) Shamrock Ford, South <br />Bend, Indiana, by the Board of Water Works Commissioners on the 17th day of April, <br />1979, as being the lowest and best bids.
