All rights reserved. <br /> <br />5) Conduct submittal review and coordination meetings. <br /> <br />b. Task #2 – Evaluation of Rehabilitation Options (Gravity & Force Main) <br />1) Evaluate rehabilitation options for gravity sewer and force main portions of <br />the project. <br />2) Evaluate CIPP lining of the gravity sewer segments. <br />3) Segment K2 from Sage Road to Quince Road, Segment T3, and Segment K3 <br />will be excluded since Owner has already opted for full replacement of these <br />segments. <br />4) Perform evaluation of the maintenance of traffic and bypass pumping <br />requirements associated with sewer rehabilitation options. <br /> <br />c. Task #3 – Evaluation of Replacement Options (Gravity & Force Main) <br />1) Evaluate replacement of the entire TEK and KOTE sewer systems. <br />2) Evaluate replacement of the force mains and rehabilitation of the gravity <br />sewer mains. <br />3) Segment K2 from Sage Road to Quince Road, Segment T3, and Segment K3 <br />will be excluded since Owner has already opted for full replacement of these <br />segments. <br />4) Perform evaluation of the maintenance of traffic, land acquisition, and bypass <br />pumping requirements associated with sewer replacement options. <br /> <br />d. Task #4 – Construction Costs <br />1) Prepare quantity calculations for at least two rehabilitation and/or <br />replacement options by identified segment areas on Exhibit A – Appendix 1. <br />2) Prepare engineer’s estimate of construction cost for identified options. <br /> <br />e. Task #5 – Evaluation of Alternatives/Development of Professional Engineering <br />Report <br />1) Prepare key map documenting route alternatives. <br />a) Right-of-way impacts <br />b) Utility impacts <br />c) Environmental impacts <br />2) Prepare proposed layout on aerial imagery. <br />3) Evaluate options for crossing public rights-of-way, INDOT roadways, county <br />roads, bridge crossings, and railroads. <br />4) Evaluate options for crossing waterways. <br />5) Conduct environmental desktop red flag review. <br />6) Provide detailed summary analysis of alternatives, along with a <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />7. Furnish 3 review copies of the Report and any other deliverables to Owner within 130 <br />calendar days of the Effective Date and review it with Owner. Within 14 calendar days of <br />receipt, Owner shall submit to Engineer any comments regarding the Report and any other <br />deliverables.
