Deliverables that will be included for this subtask will include (All deliverables will be <br />submitted via email in PDF format unless otherwise noted): <br />·Survey basemap in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2025 version. <br />·Electronic copies of the reports and shapefiles for the Phase IA Archaeological <br />Reconnaissance. <br />·LOMR application. <br />·Phase II Environmental Site Assessment. <br />·Detailed Design Geotechnical Investigation Data Report <br />·Summary of Cincinnati and Detroit RTB Facilities Visit Findings <br />Subtask 1.2 – Preliminary 30% Design <br />This phase includes process, site/civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, <br />and instrumentation/control design: <br />·Process Design: Preparation of a Basis of Design Report (BODR) covering project <br />description, regulatory requirements, service area, design flows, treatment process, <br />solids management, and sta.ing. The RTB system integrates diversion, mechanical <br />screening, a 4.7-million-gallon storage tank, flushing systems, chlorine disinfection, <br />dechlorination, dewatering pumps, and odor control systems. <br />·Hydraulic Modeling and Design: Hydraulic profiling will evaluate system flows <br />under various conditions including dry weather, wet weather, stormwater peaks, <br />and emergency discharges. The project will use Flow-3D Hydro software to develop <br />four 3D CFD models focusing on the diversion structure, flow to screens, storage <br />and chlorine contact tanks, and discharge junction structure. These models will <br />optimize hydraulic performance, assess turbulence, prevent dead zones, and <br />recommend design improvements. Results will be summarized for the Basis of <br />Design Report. <br />·Site/Civil Design: Review of field data, site visit, zoning ordinance review, <br />preliminary layouts for roads, grading, storm sewer piping, stormwater <br />management, and preparation of technical specifications. Submission of a 30% <br />concept site plan for permitting is included. <br />·Architectural Design: Building code review, preliminary floor plans and elevations <br />for screening, electrical, and chemical storage buildings, design narratives, and <br />technical specifications prepared using Revit 2024.
