Klosinski, PE, Assistant City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Award Project No. 125-081 <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant Access Road Milling & Paving <br />DATE: December 9, 2025 <br /> <br />The Division of Engineering and Division of Wastewater request the Board of Public Works <br />received and open quotations for Project No. 125-081 Wastewater Treatment Plant Access Road <br />Milling & Paving at its meeting on December 16, 2025. <br /> <br />Project Description <br />The project scope includes milling existing asphalt pavement and resurfacing access roadways <br />and parking lot surfaces at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project also requires the <br />awarded contractor to deliver asphalt millings from the surface removals to the Organic <br />Resources Facility at 4340 Trade Drive for recycling and reuse on-site. <br /> <br />Engineering will provide an award recommendation at the first Board of Public Works meeting in <br />January 2026. <br /> <br />The Division of Wastewater has allocated funds from the Sewage Works Operations, Building <br />Repair & Maintenance Fund 641-06-605-514-436001 for this project. <br /> <br />Contact Jacob M.
