Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Room 301, South Bend, Indiana <br />Executive Session Meeting Minutes: November 13, 2025 <br />The Redevelopment Commission met in Executive Session on Thursday, November 13, <br />2025, at 10:33 a.m. to discuss interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial <br />prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects as allowed by Ind. Code § 5-14- <br />1.5-6.1(b)(4) and to have communications with an attorney that are subject to the <br />attorney client privilege as allowed by Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19). <br />Commissioners Troy Warner, Dave Relos, Gillian Shaw, Ophelia Gooden-Rodgers, and <br />Marcus Ellison appeared in person. Commissioner Eli Wax was absent. Commission <br />Attorney Danielle Campbell Weiss, Executive Director of Community Investment Caleb <br />Bauer, Deputy Director Sarah Shaefer, Assistant Director of Growth & Opportunity <br />Joseph Molnar and Board Secretary Laura Hensley were in attendance. Peter Isaac, Tom <br />Sardelli, Scott Ford, Steve Condrin, and Tim Sexton also appeared in person. The meeting <br />was held in the 6th floor, conference room #601, City Hall Building, 215 S. Dr. Martin <br />Luther King, Jr. Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601. Those in attendance did not discuss any <br />subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in public notice.
