RESOLUTION NO. 3657 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />APPROVING A SCHEDULE OF REGULAR MEETING TIMES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ind. Code § 36-7-14, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />(“Commission”) is the governing body of the City of South Bend Department of Redevelopment; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ind. Code § 36-7-14-8(g), the Commissioners may adopt the rules and <br />bylaws it considers necessary for the proper conduct of Commission proceedings and the carrying out of <br />Commission duties; and <br />WHEREAS, Article IV, Section 1 of the Second Amended and Restated By-Laws of the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission effective July 9, 2020, provides that the Commission shall adopt a <br />schedule of regular meetings, each for each calendar year; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission desires to approve and adopt a schedule of regular meeting dates <br />and times for calendar year 2026; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission as <br />follows: <br />1.The Commission approves and adopts as its regular meeting schedule for calendar year 2026 <br />the meeting dates and times stated in the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />2. Unless otherwise announced, regular meetings shall be held without further notice at 9:30 a.m., <br />local time, in City Hall Council Chambers Room 301, 215 S.
