<br />EXHIBIT B <br />Project Plan <br />The Developer will complete the work contemplated herein in two phases. All work shall be <br />completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in compliance with <br />all applicable laws and regulations. Each portion will be considered complete upon the issuance <br />of Certificates of Occupancy. <br />Phase I <br />The Developer will complete a remodel of the property known as Liberty Tower, <br />specifically: <br />• Repair and rehabilitate the attached parking garage; <br />• Construct approximately ninety (90) apartment units with Certificate of <br />Occupancies from the South Bend Building Department; and <br />• Create meeting and event spaces. <br /> <br />Phase II <br />The Developer will remodel the property known as Liberty Tower further by renovating <br />and rehabilitating four thousand (4,000) square feet of commercial and/or retail space within the <br />building, which shall be open to the public. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
