Application Number <br />Date Area Plan Commission Received. <br />The undersigned make application and petition the Common <br />Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to amend the Zoning <br />Ordiance as herein requested. <br />1) The property sought to be rezoned is located at: <br />Southeast corner of the intersection of <br />Portage Avenue and the Indiana Toll Road. <br />2) Name of property owner: <br />William Edwin Kizer, individually, and <br />William Edwin Kizer, as Trustee of the Trust <br />created by the Last Will and Testament of <br />Amy M.
