BILL N0. 121 -79 ORDINANCE N0, tobgq - ?!j AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $19,000.00 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 440, OTHER MATERIALS TO ACCOUNT NO. 260, OTHER CONTRACTUALS, BOTH ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE BUREAU OF STREETS BUDGET OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE HIGH- WAY FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In that additional funds are needed for an account within the Bureau of Streets, in the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund, to assure that Department's ability to perform its function; and in that a surplus exists in another account of the Bureau of Streets in the Motor Vehicle Highway Fund, which is not presently needed, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That the sum of $19,000.00 be transferred as set forth below: REDUCE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 440 Other Materials $ 19,000.00 INCREASE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 260.0 Other Contractuals $ 19,000.00 SECTION II.
