ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $4,152.33 FROM <br />ACCOUNT NO. 110.0, SALARIES AND WAGES REGULAR; $300.00 <br />FROM ACCOUNT NO. 251.0, BUILDING AND STRUCTURES REPAIR; <br />AND $4,886.94 FROM ACCOUNT NO. 260.0, OTHER CONTRACTUALS <br />TO ACCOUNT NO. 370.0, OTHER SUPPLIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,482.76 <br />AND TO ACCOUNT NO. 722.0 MOTOR EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$4,856.51 ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE BUREAU OF COMMUNICATIONS <br />BUDGET. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In that funds are needed for accounts within the Bureau of <br />Communications, in the General Fund, to assure that Department's ability <br />to properly perform its function; and in that a surplus exists in other accounts <br />of the Bureau of Communications budget, in the General Fund, which are <br />not presently needed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: that the sum of $9,339.27 be transferred between <br />various accounts as set forth below: <br />REDUCE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS <br />ACCOUNT NO. DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />110.0 Salaries and wages regular $4,152.33 <br />251.0 Building and structures repair 300.00 <br />260.0 Other contractuals 4,886.94 <br />INCREASE THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS <br />ACCOUNT NO.
