ORDINANCE NO. Grp 3 8n <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $29,800.00 OF TITLE XX <br />GRANT MONIES FROM THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND YOUTH <br />SERVICE BUREAU FUND FOR VARIOUS YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU <br />ACTIVITIES DURING THE PERIOD JULY 1, 1979 THROUGH <br />JUNE 30, 1980. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In that additional funding is needed for the Youth Service <br />Bureau to provide a full summer program, and provide extra funds <br />for intern activities, and in that the City has obtained a State <br />of Indiana Title XX Grant to fund these activities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $29,800.00 is hereby appropriated <br />from the Crime Control Fund.
