Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance <br />and Tax Liability -Morris Performing Arts Center Project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Washington, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority approved <br />the Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance <br />and Tax Liability for the Morris Performing Arts Center Project. <br />4.
