ORDINANCE NO. 6634 -79 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $100,000.00 FROM THE <br />CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO <br />PROJECT-CS-513, CLEVELAND ROAD TRUNK SEWER, WITH- <br />IN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to meet existing and proposed traffic deivan.ds, to pro- <br />vide the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, and to provide <br />Positive control of sanitary flows, certain improvements have been <br />proposed for the Cleveland Road Trunk Sewer. <br />Funds are now needed to pay the cost of land acquisition, <br />engineering, and the,cost of the construction of these improvements. <br />These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and <br />Sinking Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br />and ordered set apart out of Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br />Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO. <br />LOCATION <br />AMOUNT <br />CS -513 Cleveland Road Trunk Sewer <br />Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund $100,000 <br />TOTAL PROJECT $100,000 <br />SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />Passed, as amended, September 10, 1979 <br />
