~~ <br />~~ <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />October 13, 2004 <br />1:30 p.m. <br />Presiding: Cleo Washington <br />1308 County-City Building <br />227 West Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />The October 13, 2004 Rescheduled Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called <br />to order at 1:40 p.m. by Cleo Washington. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Cleo Washington, Vice-President <br />Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />Member Absent: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Andy Laurent, Economic Development Specialist <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Approval of the minutes of August 18, 2004 <br />Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, seconded by Cleo Washington, and unanimouslycarried, <br />the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Rescheduled Meeting of August 18, <br />2004. <br />3. CLAIMS <br />Claims previously reviewed and recommended for approval by the Director of Economic <br />Development on October 13, 2004:. <br />Century Center Refunding Bonds of 2001 <br />Wells Fargo <br />Trustee Fee for 8/30/04 - 8/29/05 $2,000.00 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Washington, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority approved the <br />claim as presented. <br />• <br />4. OLD BUSINESS <br />Mr. Washington said he had asked about the College Football Hall of Fame bonds. Mr. <br />Laurent said he had the information from Mr. Inks: the bonds were issued in 2000, they <br />are twenty year bonds that will mature in August of 2019. The original issuance amount <br />was $15,370,000.00. As of 12-31-03, the remaining balance was $13,945.00, which is <br />
